Certificate in Make-up
Course Outline
The make up course is designed in such a manner to guide you, with applying make up. The course is a very hands-on course, as practice makes perfect. You can either use yourself as a model or practice on someone else.
During this course your facilitator; Lyn Reece is an award-winning and internationally acclaimed make-up artist. Having won "International Make-up Artist of the Year", she was chosen as the preferred professional for Miss South Africa. Her impressive knowledge of skin and make-up, along with her warm personality will guide you into becoming a passionate and professional make-up artist.
All the elements of make up have been broken down into lessons, where students will be guided by the Lynn Reece and other Industry professionals to give you the skills and the confidence for a successful make up application of a client or bride.

Incentive to the Students
♥ Students will get the opportunity to accompany Lynn Reece to a make-up application
♥ Involvement with the Wedding Planning student inspirational brunch fashion show models make-up application
♥ The top student will do the Make-up for the Wedding Wish Wedding.
Duration
4 months Part Time (one evening per week 6pm to 9pm)
Supprt
The SA School of Weddings provides support to students who require assistance after the completion of the course. Students are able to bounce ideas around and seek guidance in years to come.
Certification
In order to receive a Skills Program Certificate in Bridal & Everyday Make-up, the student will be required to successfully complete the all assignments set out by The SA School of Weddings.
Students must also meet the qualifications, standards, ethics and ideals necessary to successfully and responsibly serve future clients as a professional make-up artist 80% attendance is required and the pass mark of 60% must be obtained in order to successfully pass the Certificate in Make-up.
